FLAVOR TEXT: The Dark Tower
In the early 2000s, Stephen King listened to Lou Bega's Mambo No. 5 so much that his wife, who stuck by his side through decades of alcohol and drug use, almost left him. It is with that same fervor that King wrote the topic of today's flavor text The Dark Tower. King's eight and a half book epic follows the strong but silent Roland Deschart across the All-World and the Stephen King Extended Universe as he makes his way to The (titular) Dark Tower, and his destiny. Along the way our hero kills a kid, fights Lobstrosities and...well you'll just have to listen to the episode.
