FLAVOR TEXT: Les Misérables
It's a tale as old as time. Boy meets girl. Girl gets rescued from an orphanage by an ex-con who is being mercilessly hunted across the decades by a prison-guard-turned-police-chief. Boy leads an army of school children into battle overthrow the monarchy. Boy and girl fall in love and get married in front of the ghost of her dead adopted father.
Les Misérables is quite possibly one of the most well-known and beloved musicals of all-time! And we're gonna do our best to sully its name with Walugi singing the most famous song and with a bootleg 2D fighting game named "ArmJoe" that is somehow supposed to be based on the original novel.
Check out BitFinity on YouTube for the full version of that glorious Waluigi take on "One Day More," along with other Walugi covers of the likes of "Bohemian Rhapsody" and "For The Longest Time".
This episode was commissioned by Tom Zalatnai, AKA The Fifth Debater! You can find them gushing about food on Up For Discussion or rolling rocks in their Canada-themed D&D podcast Natural Toonie.
